Since 1982, Young@Heart, a chorus whose average age is 80 has stunned and amazed audiences around the world with their unique renditions of punk, rock and rhythm and blues songs by musicians such as Sonic Youth, Coldplay, the Clash and James Brown. This documentary follows preparation for a new show. The choral director (a real task master) has six new songs for his chorus to learn. The performances give insightful new meaning to lyrics of songs such as the Clash's Should I Stay or Should I go and Bob Dylan's Forever Young.
